Its main function is to mix and plasticize the uniformly mixed raw materials, providing a uniformly mixed and plasticized molten material for the rolling mill. The open mill mainly relies on the squeezing and shearing effects of two relatively rotating drums on the rubber material during the rubber mixing process. After multiple kneading and mixing processes, chemical reactions are also carried out during the mixing process, breaking the large molecular chains inside the product and evenly mixing and dispersing various components inside the rubber material, ultimately achieving the purpose of rubber mixing.
